All products sold through AllKeysDigital.com are digital software license keys delivered electronically via email only.
We do not ship any physical goods.
3. Refund Eligibility for Digital Products
3.1 Non-Refundable Policy
Because digital software license keys cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final.
Refunds or cancellations cannot be provided after the license key has been delivered to the customer’s email address.
3.2 Exceptions — Refunds or Replacements May Be Approved Only If:
A refund or replacement may be granted under the following limited circumstances:
- The license key is invalid or non-functional, verified by our support team.
- The wrong product was delivered due to our error.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order.

4. Order Cancellation
Once the license key has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the order cannot be cancelled.
If delivery has not yet occurred, you may request cancellation by emailing support@allkeysdigital.com. Approval depends on whether the order has entered the fulfilment stage.
5. Delivery Issues
If you have not received your digital license key within the stated delivery timeframe:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Ensure the correct email address was used during checkout
- Contact us at support@allkeysdigital.com with your order number
If the email address entered during purchase was incorrect, we will resend the product to the corrected email address after verification.
6. Refund Timeline (If Approved)
Approved refunds — limited to the scenarios listed in Section 3.2 — are processed within:
- 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction.
7. Abuse of Policy
To prevent misuse of digital products and license keys, we reserve the right to deny refunds or future services to customers who repeatedly submit fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
